Based on the results of Semifinal Group B, Egypt's Mohamed El-Ashkar sensationally took first place (1559 points). But the main news for Belarus — Vladislav Nesterov, with a result of 1554 points, finished second and secured his spot in the final! Hungary's Balázs Szép also finished with 1554 points and took third place.

Unfortunately, our third compatriot, Vladislav Melkozerov, finished in 13th position (1503 points) and did not advance to the final stage.

Thus, in the World Cup Final, which will take place on June 28, the honor of Belarus will be defended by Vladislav Nesterov among the men, and Violetta Gureeva together with Anastasia Malashenoka among the women.

We congratulate our athletes on their successful advancement to the final and wish them good luck in the decisive competitions!
